1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Global Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Global Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- Web Development
- Digital Marketing
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing
- Public Relations & Media
- Content Strategy
- Creative Design
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Payment Terms
- All fees are due according to the payment schedule in your service agreement
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. Global Media retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing materials and tools
- Proprietary methodologies and processes
- General concepts and ideas
We may showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Global Media shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Third-party platform changes or failures
- Results not meeting subjective expectations
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Outstanding payments become due immediately
- Access to platforms and accounts will be revoked
- Completed work will be delivered to the client
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
